Starlight, an Italian group backed by Star Capital, has acquired a majority stake in O.Creations, a company active in the lighting field with focus on the naval sector.
O.Creations is based in Padua and specializes in the design and creation of custom decorative and technical lighting systems through its 'Highlight' division, for the naval, hospitality, and commercial sectors. The company also offers customized solutions in the field of furnishings through its 'Ambience' division.
