Ergon acquired a majority stake in Dolciaria Acquaviva, a leading Italian producer of frozen bakery products focused on croissants and other sweet puff pastry products.
The Group, founded in 1979 as a small artisanal bakery of Neapolitan specialties, currently offers a widespread product portfolio of about 560 references (croissants, fagotti pastries, desserts, pizza, ready to bake snacks, bread) serving mainly the Ho.Re.Ca channel.
