White Bridge Investments has acquired a majority stake of Alpha Test from Aksìa and the management team.
Founded in 1987 and established in Milan, Alpha Test is the market leader in the preparation for university admission tests. The company offers a complete range of physical and online books and courses, with a catalog of over 600 titles and 100 new editions launched every year and over 50,000 teaching hours delivered across 41 Italian cities. The aim of White Bridge and its co-investors is to support the company in the creation of a platform to pursue a process of aggregation and consolidation in the highly fragmented education sector.
